This is a customization of Transformers Animated Snarl’s club. In the cartoon, the dinobots wield what appear to be lava weapons. When activated, Snarl’s lava weapon spontaneously combusts, becoming a fiery club of destruction. To emulate the weapon in the cartoon, I added orange LEDs to the toy club and painted it appropriately.

Snarl’s club includes a homemade battery case with batteries, two orange LEDs and red wiring. There was no convenient place for a switch, so the ends of wires at the base of the club are moved together to complete the circuit and make the weapon light up. The protruding lava rock details on the club are painted black to match the cartoon.
